地质勘查工作是一项系统性、战略性的工作,在我国经济的发展过程中发挥了举足轻重的作用,随着该领域不断的发展,对于人才的需求越来越大。为了能够更好地发挥技术人才在地质勘查中的作用,需要采取有效的措施调动他们的积极性,并挖掘其潜力,更好的为地质勘查单位服务。本文就以此为中心,结合工作经验,对地质勘查单位技术人员激励机制的相关问题进行分析论述。
Geological prospecting is a systematic and strategic task that has played a pivotal role in the economic development of our country. With the constant development in this field, the demand for qualified personnel is growing. In order to give full play to the role of technical personnel in geological exploration, effective measures need to be taken to mobilize their enthusiasm and to tap their potentials to better serve geological prospecting units. This article takes this as the center, combined with the work experience, analyzes and discusses the related problems of the incentive mechanism of the technicians in geological prospecting units.
