目的:配合临床科室积极开展全程优质服务,以有效的沟通发挥消毒供应室与各临床科室的协同作用,达到消毒供应室与临床科室工作的完美配合。方法:针对临床科室的不同要求,用不同的语言及技巧与临床护士进行沟通交流,力求达到最有效。将供应室无菌物品全程质量监控、管理工作、安全使用注意事项等纳入日常沟通工作中,每月对各临床科室进行满意度调查,对出现的问题及时沟通解决。结果:经过沟通和谐无菌物品供应及需求关系,强化了无菌物品的发送,实现了全程优质服务管理工作。结论:沟通在消毒供应室与各临床科室的无菌物品质量管理全程优质服务中十分重要。
Objective: Cooperate with clinical department to actively carry out the whole process of quality service, to play an effective communication disinfection supply room and the synergy of clinical departments, to achieve the perfect combination of disinfection supply room and clinical departments. Methods: According to the different requirements of clinical departments, communicate with clinical nurses in different languages and techniques, and strive to achieve the most effective. The supply room sterile items throughout the quality control, management, safety precautions into daily communication work, the monthly satisfaction survey of clinical departments, timely communication problems to solve problems. Results: After communicating the supply and demand of harmonious sterile goods, the delivery of germ-free goods was strengthened and the whole process of quality service management was realized. Conclusion: It is important to communicate throughout the quality of service to the germ-free items in the sterile supply room and clinical departments.
