本文对80年代后半期以来的国际资本流动状况进行了考察,并对我国利用外资的现状做了评析.文章认为,今后我国利用外资的规模要进一步扩大,但是难度也将加大.作者对90年代我国利用外资的新战略,从五个方面提出自己的看法.
This article examines the status of international capital flows since the latter half of the 1980s and makes an assessment of the current situation of the utilization of foreign capital in our country.The article believes that the scale of the utilization of foreign capital in our country should be further expanded in the future but the degree of difficulty will also increase. In the era of China’s new strategy of using foreign capital, put forward their own views from five aspects.
