本文讲述了TiO2的一些常用制备方法。致力于提高纳米TiO2的光催化活性、揭示掺杂改性的作用机理。针对目前光催化技术应用中存在的诸如TiO2光催化量子效率低、吸收利用波长范围有限等问题,使用过渡金属离子和稀土元素通过湿溶液浸渍法对纳米TiO2进行了掺杂改性研究,采用X-射线衍射(XRD)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis)测试手段对各种改性纳米TiO2进行物性表征。通过掺杂离子降解溶液中的染料罗丹明B的效果进行了评价。
This article describes some of the common preparation methods of TiO2. Committed to improve the photocatalytic activity of nano-TiO2, revealing the mechanism of doping modification. Aiming at the problems such as the low quantum efficiency of TiO2 photocatalysis and the limited absorption and utilization wavelength range in the application of photocatalysis technology, the doping modification of nano-TiO2 was studied by using wet-process immersion method using transition metal ions and rare earth elements. X The properties of the modified TiO2 were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-Vis). The effect of doping with ion-degrading dye rhodamine B in solution was evaluated.
