衡水市地理位置优越,处于京九和石德线的黄金交叉口,环境条件优越有占地75平方公里的国家级湿地衡水湖,又有悠久的历史文化及历史文化名人董仲舒、比干、窦漪房、现代楷模林秀贞等,又有丰富而闻名的地方特产老白干、鼻烟壶等。但是经济发展却与丰富的文化资源形成反差,经济发展严重落后,尤其是文化发展和对外文化交流更是发展缓慢,缺乏特色鲜明的文化支柱产业。衡水市应抓住京津冀协同发展的大好时机,对外文化交流亮点要突出,更加深入的传承和弘扬衡水地
