联合证券有限责任公司:你公司《关于联合证券有限责任公司设立证券经纪业务公司的请示》(联证字[2001]179号)及相关材料收悉。经审核,现批复如下:一、同意你公司以部分证券营业部经评估的证券类资产作为出资,联合上海联和投资有限公司等其他条件的公司以现金或以证券经纪公司经营所必须的证券类资产出资,设立由你公司控股的证券经纪公司。二、请你们根据《中华人民共和国公司法》、《中华人民共和国证券法》及《关于进一步加强证券公司监管的若干意见》(证监机构字[1999]14号)等法律、法规和有关政策的规定,向我会报送申请材料。
