油菜是青海省的第一大作物,近几年种植面积一直稳定在20万hm2左右,其中海拔2 500 m以上地区的面积占总面积的70%以上。2011年,青海省农林科学院春油菜研究所选育的特早熟甘蓝型杂交油菜青杂8号通过青海省农作物品种审定委员会审定。该品种具有高产(比白菜型油菜浩油11号增产14.8%以上)、优质(芥酸和硫苷含量达到国际“双低”标准、含油量46%)、抗(耐)菌核病性较强、适应性广等特性,
