应用Ames试验观察了不同类型贮水设备对所贮存自来水的有机浓集物致突变性的影响。结果表明,同一来源的供水经不同贮水设备提供的水样,其有机浓集物的致突变性呈现出一定的差异。大型水泥(A型)贮水箱提供的水与出厂水一样,致突变性最强;涂有机玻璃及环氧树脂内衬的水箱(B型)和有机玻璃钢板水箱(C型)供水的致突变性相对较低;不同使用年限的涂铅丹水箱(D型)致突变性差别不大,似乎优于A型而不及B型和C型水箱。总的看来,未见到二次供水设备的形式和质材对出厂自来水有机浓集物的致突变性有明显影响。
The effects of different types of water storage equipment on the mutagenicity of organic concentrates of tap water were observed using the Ames test. The results showed that there was a certain difference in the mutagenicity of organic concentrates between water samples supplied by different water storage equipment from the same source. Large-scale cement (Type A) storage tanks provide the same mutagenicity as manufactured water, and water-induced mutagenesis of plexiglass and epoxy-lined tanks (type B) and plexiglass plate tanks The relative low; different use of lead-paint tank (D type) mutagenicity is not much difference, it seems better than the A-type and not as B-type and C-type tank. In general, it has not been seen that the form and quality of secondary water supply equipment have a significant impact on the mutagenicity of tap water organic concentrates.
