目的了解国家卫生计生委-联合国儿童基金会在中国5省(区),开展母子健康综合和母子健康促进项目中健康教育信息传播方式现状和健康教育信息内容的实用性。方法选取西藏、云南、贵州、四川和新疆的5个项目县10个乡10个村,对省级和县级项目管理者及专家,县、乡、村级服务提供者和孕产妇及3岁以下儿童母亲243人进行了小组访谈或个人深访,利用主题框架法总结分析结果。结果各项目地区健康教育信息传播呈现为多种传播方式共存的模式,包括结合民族节日或民族歌舞宣传、结合地方媒体宣传、村级妇联人员和村医面对面宣传、同伴教育和新媒体宣传等方式。健康教育内容在民族语言运用和民族传统风俗融合方面尚有提升空间;目前儿童早期发展和妇幼保健的健康教育信息已不能满足部分人群的需求;辅食添加的宣传仍有不足。结论各项目地区健康教育工作开展顺利;健康教育应融入更多民族元素,同时应适当补充健康教育信息和加强辅食添加的宣传。
Objective To understand the practicability of the health education information dissemination mode and health education information content of the National Health and Family Planning Commission - UNICEF in five provinces (autonomous regions) of China in carrying out the mother-child health comprehensiveness and mother-child health promotion project. Methods Ten villages in 10 townships of 5 project counties in Tibet, Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan and Xinjiang were selected to assess the effects of provincial and county project managers and experts, county, township and village service providers and pregnant women and 3-year-olds The following children’s mothers 243 people conducted a group interview or personal deep interview, using the thematic framework law to summarize the analysis results. Results The information dissemination of health education in each project area presented a variety of modes of coexistence of modes of communication, including the combination of ethnic festivals or national song and dance campaigns, the promotion of local media, village women’s federations and village doctors, peer education and new media campaigns . The content of health education still has room for improvement in ethnic language use and integration of traditional ethnic traditions. At present, the health education information for early childhood development and maternal and child health care can no longer meet the needs of some people. There is still insufficient publicity on supplementary food supplement. Conclusions Health education in each project area goes well. Health education should integrate more elements of the nation. Health education information should be appropriately supplemented and publicity should be strengthened.
