1 工程简介1.1 概况名列国内已建成最高的100栋建筑(截至1996年末)第27位、广州第4位的广州国际贸易中心(潮汕大厦),位于广州市天河北路与林和西路交汇处。大厦由写字楼、商场以及2层地下室组成,是一栋综合性现代化超高层写字楼。整个工程占地面积6000m~2。总建筑面积70000m~2。1.2 结构形式大楼地上部分结构层为48层,标准层层高3.2m,主楼结构高度166.8m,连装饰柱尖高度为188.8m。结构形式为现浇钢筋混凝土简体结构,楼面用现浇钢筋混凝土楼盖。1.3 主楼结构主楼是由15.5m×15.5m的中心简与周边32根框架柱组成的现浇钢筋混凝土框架——简体结构。平面形状呈橄榄形,在第27层跨越层梁的最
1 Introduction to the Project 1.1 General Information Ranked 27th in the top 100 buildings in China (as of the end of 1996) Guangzhou No. 4 Guangzhou International Trade Center (Chaoshan Building) is located at the intersection of Tianhe North Road and Linhe West Road in Guangzhou Department. Building from the office buildings, shopping malls and two basements, is a comprehensive modern super high-rise office buildings. The entire project covers an area of 6000m ~ 2. Total floor area 70000m ~ 2.1.2 Structure The structure of the ground floor of the building is 48 stories with the standard story of 3.2m high and the height of the main building of 166.8m.
