本文介绍了用气相法合成适用于电致发光薄膜的CaS发光材料,给出了它们的激发光谱和发射光谱,并讨论了掺杂浓度对发光强度与发射光谱位置的影响。从根据发射光谱算出的色座标数据,CaS:Cu(x=0.16,y=0.06)有可能成为一种良好的兰粉用于电致发光薄膜。
In this paper, the CaS luminescent materials suitable for electroluminescent films were synthesized by gas-phase method. Their excitation and emission spectra were given. The effects of doping concentration on the luminescence intensity and the position of the emission spectra were also discussed. It is possible that CaS: Cu (x = 0.16, y = 0.06) is a good blue powder for the electroluminescent film from the color coordinate data calculated from the emission spectrum.
