本文建立了利用Peraval Interphako型干涉显微镜,通过干涉剪像法获取非破坏性光纤横向干涉照片(副片)以及由此计算光纤折射率分布的方法。提出了相应的数值计算程序,並讨论了零级和一级近似计算误差。对一级近似的有关公式利用光学原理和数学演算相结合的办法给出了较为简单而严格的证明。干涉条纹偏移量数据是利用文献中介绍的“一维扫描读取法”获得的。实测多模梯度光纤表明,同反射法结果相比,△值误差约为1%,芯半径误差小于1μm。
In this paper, a method of obtaining non-destructive transverse interference image (patch) by interferometric scissors and calculating refractive index distribution of optical fiber by Peraval Interphako interference microscope has been established. The corresponding numerical calculation program is proposed, and the error of zero order and first order approximation are discussed. The first approximation of the formula using the optical principle and mathematical calculus combination gives a more simple and rigorous proof. The interference fringe offset data was obtained using “one-dimensional scan reading” as described in the literature. The measured multimode gradient fiber shows that the error of △ value is about 1% and the error of core radius is less than 1μm compared with the result of the reflection method.
