1.提高柴油机冷却水温度农用柴油机正常出水温度为65～95℃,目前普遍低于45℃,使油不能完全燃烧,且机油粘度大,加大了运行阻力,故耗油多。因此应提高柴油机冷却水的温度。2.保证最佳供油提前角195型柴油机供油提前角的最佳角度为16～20度。当柴油机使用一段时间后,由于柱塞偶件与喷油泵传动件的磨损,供油提前角就会减小,造成供油时间过晚,油耗量大增。因此应保证供油提前角处于最佳角度。3.保持机器不漏油目前柴油机输油管常因接头面不平、垫片变形或损坏等原因存在漏油现象。解决办法是:①将垫片涂上气门沙,放在玻璃板上磨平,可校正油管接头。③增设柴油回收装置。如用自行车辐条帽代替空心螺丝,焊在油箱上;也可用塑料管将油嘴上的回油管与空心螺丝连接,使回油流入油箱。
