随着生产建设不断发展,热力管网铺设愈益增多。在热力管道设计中,固定支架所承受力的计算是管道设计中的主要内容之一。近年来,相继出现了“等值刚度法”、“有限单元法”和“追赶位移法”等一些新的计算方法。但这些方法所编制的电算程序,都没有考虑热力管道在热变形过程中与各滑动支架之间的摩擦力。在这些计算方法中,摩擦力对固定支架的影响仍需按有关手册或教科书中提供的经验公式计算。因此,固定支架载荷的计算,仍属经验公式的计算范围。
With the continuous development of production and construction, the laying of heat pipe networks has increased. In the heat pipe design, the calculation of the bearing force of the fixed bracket is one of the main contents of the pipeline design. In recent years, some new calculation methods such as “equal stiffness method”, “finite element method” and “chasing displacement method” have appeared successively. However, the computer program developed by these methods did not consider the friction between the heat pipes and the sliding brackets during thermal deformation. In these calculation methods, the effect of friction on the fixed bracket still needs to be calculated according to the empirical formula provided in the relevant manual or textbook. Therefore, the calculation of the fixed support load is still the calculation range of the empirical formula.
