With the development of Web2.0, users can use the virtual social network platform to freely interact with each other. They can voluntarily share and contribute their talents to create collaboratively. In the process of exchange and cooperation, spontaneous, reciprocal and cooperative Of the total collaborative innovation network. The total collaborative innovation relies on the collision and sharing of group intelligence, and the knowledge flow is more convenient and the knowledge efflux effect is no longer suppressed. As a result, the knowledge flow among innovation teams presents a two-way game effect. This study attempts to explore the impact of knowledge flow (knowledge inflow and knowledge outflow) on the performance of new product development in the co-innovation network, and further combine the characteristics of the innovation team social network structure to bring about knowledge flow (homogeneous interaction and heterogeneity Quality interaction) to explore the possible double-sided impact of social capital. By collecting open source project data from SourceForge.net, the largest open source software platform in the world, building a co-innovation network based on member ownership information and characterization of member roles and measuring knowledge flows among teams, it is found that an innovation team based on knowledge inflow can In addition, social capital centered on the same-type knowledge interaction (direct contact) can initially improve the performance of new product development. However, excessive social capital will have a restraining effect and heterogeneous knowledge The interactive (indirect) bridge-based social capital does not exist this double-sided impact.
