当前国际金融危机既给我们带来负面影响,造成很多企业亏损甚至破产;但也有积极的一面,即促进产业结构的升级,实现优胜劣汰。
The current international financial crisis has brought negative effects to us, causing many enterprises to make a loss or even bankruptcy. However, there are also positive aspects of promoting the upgrading of the industrial structure and achieving the survival of the fittest.
