报道了铟铋钙钒铁石榴石 (In BiCaVIG)晶体在高功率微波场中的新颖磁光记录特性。In BiCaVIG晶体受峰值功率约 10 0MW ,频率约 10GHz ,脉宽约 5 0ns的高功率微波脉冲作用后 ,晶体的磁旋光角发生了变化。其变化的大小与晶体通光方向上的磁场峰值大小有关 ;旋光角变化的方向与晶体的初始磁旋光状态有关。这种记录着高功率微波峰值磁场的旋光状态的变化可以保持几天或更长时间 ,能够用静磁场消除。
The novel magneto-optical recording properties of In BiCaVIG crystals in high-power microwave fields are reported. The In BiCaVIG crystal undergoes a change in the magnetic rotation angle of the crystal with a high power microwave pulse having a peak power of about 10 MW, a frequency of about 10 GHz and a pulse width of about 50 ns. The size of the change is related to the peak value of the magnetic field in the light passing direction of the crystal. The direction of the change of the rotation angle is related to the initial magnetic rotation state of the crystal. This record of high-power microwave peak magnetic field changes in optical state can be maintained for a few days or longer, can be used to eliminate the static magnetic field.
