1952年,IBM生产的大型商务电脑一获成功。就在大家忙着“复制”这种成功时,有两个年轻人认为,20年后电脑必将小型化、家庭化,于是,他们创办了Apple。1977年,小型家用电脑使IBM曾经濒临倒闭。当大家又开始“复制”Apple时,比尔·盖茨认为,20年后必将由软件控制电脑市场,于是,他的微软帝国,成就了他的世界首富梦。
In 1952, a large-scale commercial computer produced by IBM was successful. Just as everyone was busy with the “copying” success, two young people believed that computers would be miniaturized and family-owned 20 years later, so they founded Apple. In 1977, small home computers made IBM once closed down. When everyone started “copying” Apple again, Bill Gates believed that 20 years later, the computer market will be controlled by software. Thus, his Microsoft empire has made him the world’s richest dream.
