我们采用头孢噻甲羧肟抢救绿脓杆菌性角膜溃疡2例,获得满意疗效。现报告如下。例1 王××女23岁住院号:326835右眼红,疼痛,视力下降4天,于1992年5月3日入院。4月30日洗澡时,角膜接触镜掉出,未经清洗又戴入眼内。次日右眼红、怕光、流泪,疼痛加剧。诊断为右眼角膜炎。给予环氯眼液和蜂地麻眼液点眼,2%阿托品扩瞳。病情无好转,分泌物增多,视力下降。右眼视力眼前手动。右眼睑肿胀,球结膜混合性充血,角膜中央有一4×4.5mm 大小溃疡,表面附有黄绿色脓性分泌物。周边角膜混浊。前房有少许积脓。瞳孔药物性扩大。内眼窥不见。左眼正常。角膜溃疡分泌物细菌培养结果为绿脓假单胞杆菌。立即用头孢噻甲羧肟2.0加生理盐水100ml1日两次静脉点滴。局部用庆大霉素稀释液冲洗。球旁注射庆
