1982年,在改革开放的春雷声中诞生的德兴市泗洲镇,走过了10年的艰苦征程,已经初具新型“工业镇”的规模,以朝气蓬勃的英姿出现在赣东北大地上。 10年创业,10年腾飞。建镇初期,全镇年产值仅为57万元,农民人均纯收入只有87元。1991年,工农业总产值5768万元,财政收入370万元,人均纯收入1002元,农民人均储蓄存款余额2534元。乡镇企业产值、企业收入、农民人均纯收入均居上饶地区之首,农民人均平储蓄存款余额在全省独占鳌头。
