如今各级各类职业院校发展迅猛,其中涉及的专业领域更是十分广泛。但要想能从立足到进一步发展,就必须要有适合当前社会需求的专业和一支过硬的专业教师队伍以及相关的设备、场地等投入。在这里本人想重点就在专业建设问题中探讨一下教研组长应扮演怎样的角色及角色的养成。
Nowadays all kinds of vocational schools and colleges at all levels are developing rapidly, and the areas of specialization involved are even more extensive. However, if we want to develop from foothold to further development, we must have a professional and a contingent of highly qualified teachers and relevant equipment and venues that are suitable for the needs of the current society. Here I would like to focus on the issue of professional construction to explore what should play the role of team leader and role development.
