目的了解脑卒中患者社区、家庭功能,患者对疾病相关知识掌握程度及对社区康复护理需求,分析社区康复护理中存在的问题及研究对策。方法采用自行设计的问卷,从铁营社区首发脑卒中患者中抽取101名,将其随机分为两组,干预组51名,对其进行社区康复护理综合干预;对照组50名。干预前后进行社区康复护理需求调查。结果统计学分析显示两组患者均具有不同程度的、多方面的社区康复护理需求。结论脑卒中社区康复护理服务内容、技术还需进一步规范与完善;服务能力还有待进一步提高;社区健康教育、脑卒中危险因素的防控、慢性病的规范管理任务还很重;社区医护人员及患者家属还需最大限度地调动脑卒中患者的家庭功能,更好地促进脑卒中患者康复。
Objective To understand the community and family functions of patients with stroke, the patients’ mastery of disease-related knowledge and the need of community rehabilitation nursing, and to analyze the existing problems and countermeasures of community rehabilitation nursing. Methods A total of 101 stroke patients were recruited from Tieying community. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, 51 in intervention group. The intervention group was given 50 interventions. Before and after intervention for community health care needs survey. Results Statistical analysis showed that both groups of patients had different levels of multidimensional CBR nursing needs. CONCLUSIONS: The content and technology of community rehabilitation nursing service need further standardization and improvement, the service capability needs to be further improved. Community health education, prevention and control of risk factors of stroke and the normative management of chronic diseases are still very serious. Community health care workers and patients Families also need to maximize the mobilization of patients with stroke family function, and better promote the rehabilitation of stroke patients.
