月见草和根际土壤消化样液，用荧光、原子吸收法测定了10种必需元素，其含量因部位不同而异；所测元素加和量：叶＞花＞种子＞种子壳＞茎＞根，叶、花、种子是富含部位；月见草中必需元素含量较丰富，且与土壤背景值相关。
Oenothera biennis and rhizosphere soils. The contents of 10 essential elements were determined by fluorescence and atomic absorption spectrometry. The content of the tested elements was: leaf> flower> seed> seed shell> stem> Roots, leaves, flowers, seeds are rich in parts; evening primrose essential element content is rich, and the soil background value.
