公路运输管理费作为非税收入是我国财政收入的重要来源和组成部分,目前我省在运管费收入的管理和使用上存在许多不合理的因素。本文分析了运管费收入的现状及存在的问题,就如何完善其征收和管理作了简要阐述。
As a non-tax revenue, highway transportation management fee is an important source and component of China’s fiscal revenue. At present, there are many irrational factors in the management and use of transport revenue in our province. This paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of transportation fee income and gives a brief account of how to improve its collection and management.
