给雌性大鼠注射20IU/只HCG 后42小时,分离出排卵前卵泡,将卵泡颗粒细胞和内膜组织混合培养,45分钟后测cAMP 含量,4小时后测定孕酮和雌激素的含量。实验表明,酪氨酸可抑制HCG 所致的cAMP 和孕酮的生成,HCG 组孕酮含量为115.4±14.5毫微克/毫升,加入酪氨酸后孕酮含量为56.6±4.6毫微克/毫升(P<0.01);cAMP 含量则从24.8±1.4微微克分子/毫升降至13.8±0.8微微克分子/毫升。与上述变化相反,酪氨酸对雌激素的生成似有促进作用。本工作提示酪氨酸可在卵巢水平阻断HCG 的作用。
Forty-eight hours after injection of 20 IU / HCG into female rats, ovulation follicles were isolated, follicular granulosa cells and endometrial tissues were mixed, cAMP content was measured 45 minutes later, and contents of progesterone and estrogen were measured 4 hours later. Experiments show that tyrosine can inhibit HCG-induced cAMP and progesterone production, HCG progesterone content of 115.4 ± 14.5 ng / ml, after adding tyrosine progesterone content of 56.6 ± 4.6 ng / ml ( P <0.01); cAMP levels decreased from 24.8 ± 1.4 pg / ml to 13.8 ± 0.8 pg / ml. In contrast to the above changes, tyrosine seems to promote the formation of estrogen. This work suggests that tyrosine can block the effect of HCG at ovarian level.
