目的观察中药复方对实验性大鼠肝纤维化的影响。方法按照完全随机化原则将80只实验动物Wistar大鼠随机分为8组,每组10只,分别为正常对照组、模型对照组、中药金三莪预防组、中药复方预防组、中药金三莪治疗组、中药复方低剂量治疗组、中药复方中剂量治疗组、中药复方高剂量治疗组。以40%四氯化碳石蜡油作为腹腔造模剂进行腹腔造模,预防组从造模之日起给予中药复方和中药金三莪治疗,治疗组从造模4w起给予中药复方和中药金三莪治疗。病理切片观察大鼠肝纤维化的变化情况。结果经过预防和治疗之后大鼠肝纤维化程度有比较明显的改善。结论该中药复方可能通过抗炎、保肝等综合作用起到抗肝纤维化的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Chinese herbal compound on liver fibrosis in experimental rats. Methods According to the principle of complete randomization, 80 experimental animals were randomly divided into 8 groups, 10 in each group: normal control group, model control group, traditional Chinese medicine Jinsanyu prevention group, traditional Chinese medicine compound prevention group, and traditional Chinese medicine Jinsanyu treatment group. Traditional Chinese medicine compound low dose treatment group, traditional Chinese medicine compound medium dose treatment group, traditional Chinese medicine compound high dose treatment group. Peritoneal injection was performed using 40% paraffin-carbon tetrachloride oil as an intraperitoneal modelling agent. The prevention group was given Chinese herbal compound and traditional Chinese medicine Jinsanyu from the date of modeling, and the treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine compound and traditional Chinese medicine Jinsanyu from the time of modeling. Pathological sections were used to observe the changes of liver fibrosis in rats. Results After the prevention and treatment, the degree of liver fibrosis in rats was significantly improved. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine compound may play an anti-hepatic fibrosis effect through anti-inflammatory and hepatoprotective effects.
