目的：探讨透明角膜切口手术法治疗抗青光眼术后白内障的临床效果。方法：选择透明角膜切口，联合白内障囊袋内超声乳化摘出术式。结果：此术式不影响原过滤通道，手术性角膜散光于１ 个月已渐趋稳定，对视力影响不起决定性作用。提示：该术式对抗青光眼术后白内障手术摘除不失为一种有效的方法。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of clear corneal incision surgery on cataract after glaucoma surgery. Methods: Select clear corneal incision, phacoemulsification cataract extraction combined intraocular lens surgery.
