对振动钻削加工过程监控系统及监控用扭矩传感器进行了分析研究,提出了对监控用扭矩传感器的技术要求;研制了一种新型的光电式扭矩传感器,并阐明了研制中的几个关键问题:扭矩传感器的检测原理、机械结构和电路原理;振动钻削中的钻削扭矩分析;弹性扭轴的设计;扭矩传感器的标定。
The vibration drilling process monitoring system and the monitoring torque sensor are analyzed and studied, and the technical requirements for the monitoring torque sensor are proposed. A new type of photoelectric torque sensor is developed and some key problems in the development are clarified : Detection principle of torque sensor, mechanical structure and circuit principle; Drilling torque analysis in vibration drilling; Design of elastic torsion shaft; Calibration of torque sensor.
