调查显示,很多女性都在为臀部肥大而烦恼。美国匹兹堡大学教授威尔·拉塞克在《为什么女性需要脂肪》一书中写道:“臀部肥大、大腿粗壮的女性生出的下一代更聪明。这是因为臀部和大腿的脂肪中富含对大脑发育非常重要的DHA。”女性天生脂肪比率高、易为梨形身材,怀孕期间会逐渐变得臃肿,其实这都是为了下一代的健康。这也让瘦臀成了“千古难题”。但这并不影响姑娘们投入到全方位美臀运动中。这组动作就算在家也可以轻松完成。此组动作每周至少重复4次。
