高房价已成为影响我国经济健康发展和社会和谐的一个突出问题,不但抬高了城市商务成本,降低了竞争力,而且扩大了社会贫富差距,成了社会矛盾集中并容易激化的潜在因素。
High housing prices have become a prominent issue affecting the healthy development of our economy and social harmony. They not only raise the urban business costs and reduce the competitiveness but also widen the gap between the rich and the poor in society. This has become a potential factor for social conflicts to be concentrated and easily intensified.
