地方发展目标是全国现代化建设目标体系中的子系统。各地方在制定和实施本地发展目标中 ,必须树立大局观念 ,具备长远眼光。本文从地方发展目标的本质内涵、地方发展目标的特性分析及地方发展目标的实践思路进行了深刻的战略思考。
Local development goals are the subsystems in the national system of modernization goals. In formulating and implementing local development goals, all localities must establish the overall concept and have a long-term perspective. This article makes a deep strategic thinking on the essence of the local development goals, the characteristics of the local development goals and the practical thinking of the local development goals.
