0 Introduction Shanghai Wusong VTS Center is one of the earliest VTS centers opened in China and has accumulated more experience and achievements. According to the Ministry of Transport Maritime Administration arrangements, I participated in Wusong VTS Center exchange of learning. By comparing two key tasks of “VTS Area Zero Accident” and “VTS Quality Management System” carried out by VTS centers in both places, we hope to enhance the monitoring service and management level of VTS Center in Nantong. 1 Wusong VTS Center overall situation Wusong VTS Center using the German ATLAS 9800 system, as “nine stations a center ” size.
