目的了解手足口病的流行现状及流行病学特征,为手足口病的预防与控制提供依据。方法按发病日期收集疾病监测信息直报管理系统中2010年1月至2014年12月深圳市宝安区手足口病发病数据,描述宝安地区手足口病的流行特征。结果深圳市宝安区2010年1月至2014年12月共报告手足口病24 773例,累积发病率为141.68/10万,重症患者119例,重症患者所占比例为0.48%,死亡病例3人。男性15 448例(60.22%),女性9 325例(39.78%),男女性别比为1.66∶1;发病年龄0~58岁,发病年龄高峰均集中在1岁~年龄段。手足口病全年各月均有发病,且有明显的发病高峰月份,病例主要集中在5-9月,占全部发病的67.70%。手足口病病例分布以散居儿童为主合计19 776例(79.83%),其次为幼托儿童4 202例(16.96%)。结论深圳市宝安区手足口病人群、时间、地区分布特征明显,其中,1~5岁儿童为手足口病高发人群,男性发病高于女性,发病以散居儿童为主,发病季节主要集中在5-9月。
Objective To understand the prevalence and epidemiological characteristics of HFMD and provide basis for the prevention and control of HFMD. Methods According to the date of onset, the epidemiological characteristics of hand, foot and mouth disease in Baoan District of Shenzhen City from January 2010 to December 2014 were collected from the monitoring information reporting system of disease surveillance and described the epidemiological characteristics of HFMD in Baoan area. Results A total of 24 773 hand-foot-mouth disease cases were reported in Bao’an District of Shenzhen City from January 2010 to December 2014. The cumulative incidence was 141.68 / 100 000, 119 critically ill patients, 0.48% critically ill patients and 3 deaths . There were 15 448 (60.22%) males and 9 325 (39.78%) females with a sex ratio of 1.66:1. The age of onset was from 0 to 58 years. The peak age of onset was all in the age range of 1 year to the age. Hand, foot and mouth disease all year round have morbidity, and there is a clear peak in the month of onset, the cases mainly concentrated in the May-September, accounting for 67.70% of the total incidence. A total of 19 776 cases (79.83%) were mainly scattered children, followed by 4 202 cases (16.96%) of preschool children. Conclusion The distribution characteristics of hand, foot and mouth disease in Bao’an District of Shenzhen City are obvious. Among them, 1 to 5 years old children are high incidence of hand-foot-mouth disease. The incidence of hand-foot-mouth disease is higher in men than in women. The onset is mainly in scattered children. -September.
