《中流》2000年第2期刊登萧柏兴的《由曹思源的“改革”思维所想到的》。文章说,正当以美国为首的北约对南联盟这个主权国家进行狂轰滥炸并公然袭击我驻南大使馆,中国人民对此表示极大愤慨之时,曹思源在美国柏克莱大学作了题为《中国政治经济改革走向》的讲演。他演讲的内容和时间应当引起我们的高度警惕。曹先生此时此刻仍然念念不忘的是要用他的“改革”思维进行浑水摸鱼,将我们的改革引到邪路上去。用不着细加琢磨曹先生的意思,他讲得很明白:就是经济制度上“促进中国私有化”。这与他过去说要在宪法上写上“私有制神圣不可侵犯”是一脉相承的。在政治上他要“促进”按照这个思维修改宪法。他设计的“改革走向”是要将中国共产党“改名为中
