本文用酸性染料比色法测定了蒙成药吉召木·道尔吉中总乌头生物碱含量，测定结果不受共存组分的影响，结果准确、精密。加样回收率为99．7％，RSD为1．90％（n＝5）。
In this paper, the content of alkaloids in the total Aconitum in Mongolian medicine Jizhaomu Dawji was determined by the acid dye colorimetric method. The results were not affected by the coexistent components, and the results were accurate and precise. The recovery was 99.7% with an RSD of 1.90% (n=5).
