芳香族硫酸酯酶B(EC3.1.6.1,以下简称ASB)是催化N-乙酰氨基-4-硫酸的硫酯键水解反应。本研究证实了人胎盘ASB除了含有分子量分别为43000和8000的二条肽链外,还含有分子量为7000的多肽链。Mr7000多肽链在有还原剂的SDSPAGE电泳上不能用蛋白质染色法鉴别,只能用糖染色法鉴别。一系列实验证明,Mr43000多肽和Mr7000多肽含有糖,而Mr8000多肽不含糖。在无还原剂SDS-PAGE电泳上,ASB分子量为58000。
Aromatic sulfatase B (EC 3.1.6.1, hereinafter abbreviated as ASB) catalyzes the thioester bond hydrolysis of N-acetylamino-4-sulfuric acid. This study confirmed that human placenta ASB in addition to containing two molecular chains 43000 and 8000 respectively, but also contains a polypeptide chain of molecular weight 7000. Mr7000 polypeptide chain can not be identified by SDS-PAGE with SDSPAGE with reducing agent. It can only be identified by sugar staining. A series of experiments show that Mr43000 polypeptide and Mr7000 polypeptide contain sugar, while Mr8000 polypeptide does not contain sugar. The ASB molecular weight was 58,000 on non-reducing agent SDS-PAGE.
