在口译人员走上职业化的发展道路之后,如何提高口译培训的质量成为众多口译研究者关注的问题。作者运用管理学中的全面质量管理理论(TQM)为理论框架,将口译培训过程分为计划、教学、考核和优化四个环节,并以实例和图示阐释各环节间的相互关系,强调了全员参与的过程系统管理的重要性,指出客户导向是质量管理的关键,社会需求是教学计划的主要出发点和归宿。本文尝试依据口译的最新研究成果和学科特点提出进一步整合资源、优化教学管理的方法。
After interpreters embarked on a professional development path, how to improve the quality of interpretation training has become a concern of many interpreters. Using TQM theory as the theoretical framework, the author divides the process of interpreting and training into four stages: planning, teaching, assessment and optimization. The examples and illustrations illustrate the interrelationships among the various sections, emphasizing Full participation in the process of the importance of system management, pointed out that customer orientation is the key to quality management, social needs is the main starting point for teaching plan and destination. Based on the latest research findings and subject characteristics of interpreting, this paper attempts to put forward ways to further integrate resources and optimize teaching management.
