胸膜间皮瘤是一种少见的原发性胸膜肿瘤,早期起病隐匿,常被忽视。临床上如果有午后发热、胸痛、胸闷、咳嗽、盗汗等症状,且无长期石棉接触史的患者,很容易被误诊为结核性胸膜炎。现将误诊为结核性胸膜炎2例分析如下。
