Since Chad published the seminal paper “Fuzzy Sets” in 1965, a new field of mathematics, fuzzy mathematics, has been gradually developed. Its novel thought infiltrates into every branch of mathematics, and the concept of fuzzy sets has been applied to the research and application of dozens of disciplines. Since the mid-1970s, our country has noticed the research of fuzzy mathematics. Fostered by the older generation of mathematicians, a research team of fuzzy mathematics has been formed. Much has been done in the theory and application of fuzzy mathematics.
