2010年5月1日,世界博览会将在上海举行,为期184天的世界最大的综合性展会将会是各个国家展示自身实力的最好机会。不过任何大型活动中知识产权保护都是重中之重,对于世界博览会来说也不例外。而且全世界最新产品齐聚上海,知识产权保护将是对中国政府、司法机关的一次考验。新年伊始,本刊2010年第一期刊登上海市知识产权局提供的特稿,该文作者为上海市知识产权联席会议秘书长、上海市知识产权局局长吕国强。文章介绍了从申博以来上海知识产权保护工作的进展情况以及遇到的困难。本刊在2010年也将持续关注上海世博会的知识产权保护,敬请关注。
On May 1, 2010, the World Exposition will be held in Shanghai. The 184-day largest comprehensive exhibition in the world will be the best opportunity for all countries to showcase their strengths. However, any major events in the protection of intellectual property are the top priority, the World Expo is no exception. And the world’s latest products gathered in Shanghai, intellectual property protection will be a test of the Chinese government, the judiciary. At the beginning of the new year, the first issue of 2010 issues a special feature provided by Shanghai Intellectual Property Office, which is the Secretary General of Shanghai Intellectual Property Joint Conference and Lu Guoqiang, director of Shanghai Intellectual Property Office. The article introduces the progress of intellectual property protection in Shanghai since Shenbo and the difficulties it encountered. The publication in 2010 will also continue to focus on the protection of intellectual property at the Shanghai World Expo, so stay tuned.
