苏通大桥是中国在长江河口地区建设的第一座跨径超千米斜拉桥,桥位区江面宽阔、水深流急、第四系覆盖层深厚、河床极易遭受冲刷、航运繁忙。抗震、防撞是其群桩基础必须解决的关键技术难题。设计中,苏通大桥采用永久冲刷防护和钢套箱方案解决了基础抗震与防船撞技术挑战。施工中,苏通大桥利用钢护筒搭设施工平台,采用计算机集中控制千斤顶整体沉放技术解决了钻孔灌注桩和大体积承台施工技术难题。
The Sutong Bridge is the first span over 1000-meter cable-stayed bridge constructed in the Yangtze River estuary in China. The bridge area has a wide river surface with deep water and rapid flow. The Quaternary system has a thick covering and the riverbed is extremely vulnerable to erosion and shipping. Seismic and collision avoidance are the key technical problems that must be solved in the group pile foundation. In the design, Sutong Bridge adopts the solution of permanent scour protection and steel box to solve the basic seismic and ship-collision technical challenges. During the construction, Sutong Bridge built the construction platform with steel protective tube, and solved the technical problems of the construction of bored piles and large-sized cap with the centralized control of the overall jacking technology by the computer.
