私营企业的出现为社会提供了大量就业的途径,为下岗失业人员、进城打工的农民工提供了许多岗位。而私企中工人群体的内部结构如何、利益群体如何分化将是我们关心工人群体的着手点。
The emergence of private enterprises has provided society with a large number of employment channels, providing many jobs for laid-off workers and migrant workers working in cities. The internal structure of the workers’ groups in private companies and how interest groups are divided will be our starting point for caring for workers’ groups.
