采用扫描电镜(SEM)和傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR),从微观角度解释了玉米秸秆粉矿质塑合材(以矿物质粉、玉米秸秆粉及PVC树脂为主要原料制成的复合材)表面结构,定性分析了玉米秸秆粉矿质塑合材的官能团的类型。结果表明,玉米秸秆粉颗粒与PVC界面具有一定的分离,要提高复合材料的性能,必须提高玉米秸秆皮粉和矿石粉与PVC的相容性;玉米秸秆粉中含有大量极性基团如OH-1等,形成大量氢键,吸收峰吸收强度增强。
Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) were used to explain the surface structure of corn stalk powder mineral plastic composites (composites made from mineral flour, corn stover powder and PVC resin) Qualitative analysis of the corn stalk powder mineral plastic material type of functional groups.
