目前我国钢铁工业能耗较高,79年重点钢铁企业吨钢能耗约1.3+,而工业先进国家吨钢能耗约0.8t。近几年能源生产大幅度增加的可能性不大,故必须以节能保增产。节能是改善环境保护的积极措施。以利用放散的高炉煤气代替动力煤为例,每代替1万t标煤,就可以减少烟尘100t和SO_2550t,同时还可以减少CO约2300万m~3。又如实施污水密闭循环,既改善了环境,又可节约电力等。外购能源费用一般占钢铁联合企业总成本的35~40%,降低能耗将降低成本和增加利润。
At present, the energy consumption of China’s steel industry is high, and the energy consumption per tonne of key steel enterprises in 79 years is about 1.3+ tons, while that of advanced countries in the industry is about 0.8t. In recent years, the possibility of a substantial increase in energy production is not significant, so energy conservation and energy conservation must be increased.
