研究了深槽气升式浮选机的充气过程。结果表明 ,该浮选机的矿浆充气特点是 ,矿浆中气泡体积含量比常规浮选机大得多 ,它可使溶于矿浆中的大量气体析出 ,从而促使矿粒粘附在矿粒上 ,以强化矿物的浮选。
The aeration process of deep tank flotation machine was studied. The results show that the characteristics of slurry aeration of this flotation machine are that the bubble volume content in the slurry is much larger than that of the conventional flotation machine and that a large amount of gas dissolved in the slurry can be precipitated to promote the adherence of the ore particles to the ore particles, To strengthen the mineral flotation.
