9月9日下午,市政府信息化办、全国软考办联合召开天津市计算机与软件专业技术资格(水平)考试推动工作会议。会议围绕贯彻落实市政府《批转十二部门关于加速我市人才培养和队伍建设实施意见的通知》(津政办[2005]49号文件)精神,营造信息技术人才环境,促进我市信息化建设发展的主题进行。这是继市科委、市教委、市信息化办等部门联合在支持高等院校建立软件学院、建立软件人才培训基地的基础上,推进我市计算机与软件专业人才培养、选拔、使用和留住的又一项重要举措。
