由中国电力企业联合会和中国电机工程学会联合举办的“中国带电作业50周年庆祝大会”,2004年9月23日~24日在辽宁省沈阳市召开,会议回顾了带电作业产生、发展的历程和取得的辉煌业绩,对今后进一步开展带电作业提出了具体要求,期望带电作业为推进科技创新、实现电网的安全可靠运行,提高电网社会效益和经济效益作出更大的贡献。现将有关领导的讲话摘要刊发。
