紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)是过敏性紫癜(HSP)时的肾脏损害,是儿科常见的继发性肾小球疾病,其临床表现多种多样,病理改变轻重不一.为进一步了解HSPN的临床表现与病理特点,现将1993年1月至2003年12月在我科住院诊治的21例经肾穿刺活检确诊为HSPN病例报告如下.
