目的:探讨纱布填塞宫腔用于前置胎盘剖宫产手术止血效果。方法:选择1998-11/2008-11内因前置胎盘行剖宫产术,术中行纱条填塞宫腔81例,分析术中止血效果。结果:本组纱条填塞宫腔后出血均得到控制,术后3~7 d体温均恢复正常,产后42 d复查子宫复旧好,无盆腔炎发生。结论:纱布填塞宫腔止血在前置胎盘剖宫产术中应用效果良好,无远期并发症,并保留了生育功能,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of gauze-stuffed uterine cavity for cesarean section of placenta previa. Methods: Cesarean section was performed with internal placenta accreta in 1998-11 / 2008-11. 81 cases of uterine cavity were obstructed with gauze during operation. The hemostatic effect was analyzed. Results: The group of gauze stuffed uterine bleeding are controlled, postoperative 3 ~ 7 d body temperature returned to normal, 42 days postpartum review uterine involution good, no pelvic inflammatory disease. Conclusion: Gauze-filled uterine bleeding in cesarean section placenta previa has good effect, no long-term complications, and retains the reproductive function, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
