本文采用问卷法,调查了苏州市近600名普通公众的档案利用行为现状,并利用方差分析、交叉表等工具,具体分析了个体特征因素对公众档案利用行为的影响。结果表明:个体特征因素对公众档案利用行为具有较大影响,其中,年龄状况影响公众对档案休闲利用、实际利用的选择态度;文化程度影响公众的档案认知水平、接受程度及利用需求;职业特征影响公众的档案意识,进而直接影响公众对档案利用的态度与需求。
This paper investigates the status quo of archives utilization by nearly 600 ordinary people in Suzhou City by using the questionnaire method and analyzes the influence of individual characteristics on the utilization of public archives by using tools such as analysis of variance and crosstabulation. The results show that individual characteristics have a significant impact on the utilization of public files. Among them, the age status affects the public’s selective attitude towards the leisure utilization and actual utilization of files; the educational level affects the public’s awareness, acceptance and use of files; Characteristics affect the public’s awareness of the file, which in turn directly affects the public’s attitudes and needs for file utilization.
